AI gets a lot of hype, and a lot of fear. Neither helps you understand it.

This workshop is a practical starting point for small business owners who want to know what these tools actually do, not just what they're told they can do.

What you will learn:

- how to give an AI tool enough context to sound like you

- how to question its answers instead of accepting the first one

- how to turn a recording or a messy document into something short and useful

Along the way you'll get hands-on with ChatGPT, Perplexity, and NotebookLM, see Claude and Gemini in action, and finish with a clear sense of which tool suits which job.

No coding. No jargon. No assumption you've used any of this before.
