Event description

My single release party for "Realign" will begin with some anonymous intention setting, followed by a 30 minute guided pranayama and mini-asana yoga practice (no mat required). I am a certified 200-hour yoga instructor and a yogi at heart, and I've been looking for a way to unite my purpose in yoga and music. That's why this event means so much to me! After we all ground ourselves in this community, I'll be performing my new single "Realign" live as well as a few releases and unreleased tracks. If we have time, I will open the floor for anyone to come up andoffer what's on their heart. Be brave with me. This is a healing space for all of us, and if your spirit calls you on stage, listen. Who knows, maybe you’ll get some free merch….

“I will be heard, so that others may feel seen” - my purpose in a nutshell

CTLN (pronounced “Caitlin”) is an LA-based singer, songwriter, artist, certified yoga instructor, and burn survivor originally from Mendham, NJ. Her contemporary blend of alt-r&b and pop music is made to move you, both physically and emotionally, while emphasizing radically self-aware perspectives about mental health, love, growth, and healing. CTLN’s journey with yoga catalyzed her own conscious healing journey in March 2020, and she is now eager and excited to share that journey through the gift of music. As a burn survivor in the entertainment industry, CTLN is inspiring her audience to exist outside the social narrative by learning how to truly embrace themselves.
