Women who prioritise their health are better equipped to manage stress, reducing the risk of burnout, fostering a more balanced and fulfilling life and ensuring a higher quality of life as we age. 

We live such busy lives and it can be challenging trying to keep all of the balls in the air that sometimes things can get out of balance. Sometimes the things we let go, are the important things that impact our health and wellbeing. Whether it’s skipping meals or relying on pick-me-ups to get through the day, not moving our bodies enough, getting enough good quality sleep, making time for self-care or to do the things that bring us joy.

This workshop is designed as a starting point for busy women who don’t have a lot of time, but would like to create more balance in their lives, so that they are living their healthiest, happiest life and have the energy for the things they need to do, and more for the things they want to do.

We often set goals and make plans for some areas of our life, but have created a vision, set goals and made a plan for your health and wellbeing?

It’s so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, habits form and we don't necessarily stop to consider whether these are putting us on the path to the lifestyle we might want for the future, when it comes to our health, happiness and overall wellbeing.

This workshop will give you the opportunity to 'hit pause' and see where you're at now and get clear on the lifestyle you would like to create for yourself when it comes to your health and happiness, and help you to create more balance in your life.

In this workshop you will:

  • Get clear on your 'dream destination' for the lifestyle you would like to create for your health and wellbeing.
  • Review 5 key areas of health - nutrition, exercise/movement, stress, sleep and self-care, that are important in achieving a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
  • Identify some of the ‘roadblocks’ or things that get in the way of you achieving the things you’d like, when it comes to your health and wellbeing and maintaining balance in your life
  • Select one priority to work on to help you take a step towards your dream destination and develop an action plan.
  • Create a roadmap to implement small changes in a way that is manageable, achievable and sustainable so that changes stick.

We will break for morning tea, tea & coffee (included in your ticket). ☕️ 🫖 🍰 

Parking & Transport: 
- Parking is available at the Convention Centre CPP - $10 day rate
- Some ticketed street parking available on weekends
- A short walk from Elizabeth Quay Bus station
- 10 minute walk from Perth Station & Perth Busport

We will meet you at the entrance of the building to let you in and send you upstairs! 

Tickets are $109 pp (+ booking fee)
