What you need to know:
Where: Meeting at The Break Room 29 Budd Street at 3:45pm. Session to begin at 4pm. An early dinner will be a short walk away at The Red Sparrow.
What is included: A progressive coaching session through the afternoon/evening. Break room session with a crate of breakables, safety gear, and bat. Dinner will be Vegan pizzas and shades sides (drinks not included and can be purchased separately).
When: Saturday 1st April from 3:45 onwards- Please be on time as we want to make the most of our session together.
(If for any reason you are unable to attend, please let me know. If for any reason you are not feeling well, please respect the space and do not attend. You are best advised by the current covid safe regulations).
This is a wheelchair-accessible event. The break room can meet your access needs by rolling out a mat to avoid puncture or providing a chair for sitting if needed aswell. The dinner venue has accessible bathrooms and no steps. If you are needing assistance please let me know prior at info@thesherebellion.com so that I can notify the venue.

What you need to bring:
- A pen and journal are essential.
- Water bottle.
- Comfortable and practical clothing for the Break Room.
- Enclosed footwear.

Our staff reserve the right to refuse admittance to the experience to those intoxicated or showing signs of alcohol consumption. We do not permit alcohol on the premises in the interest of safety.
The Break Room is an inclusive space. We ask that you don't express racist, misogynistic, homophobic, transphobic and ableist behaviour and/or language while you're in the space. Swearing that does not contravene these conditions is acceptable.
Listen to the staff. Be respectful of staff at all times. We have curated a unique space for you to enjoy, but with great power comes great responsibility. Specifically, we'll be giving you a baseball bat and you'll be full of adrenaline - a volatile cocktail. Respect boundaries, processes and the space.
