REBIRTH: A New Moon Activation through Cacao, Breathwork, and Sound Healing

Gather together in ceremony for the New Moon of Aries just after a total solar eclipse (of the heart!) to activate your energy through breath, sound, and ceremonial cacao. The New Moon of Aries in eclipse season is a potent time to get courageous about your dreams and inspirations.
Open your heart through the medicina of ceremonial cacao and an elemental welcome to the season of Autumn. Breathe your own medicine and illuminate any visions in the light of love through a deep Breathwork experience. We will travel deep into the portal of our highest wisdom through the gentle, yet potent power of Intuitive Rebirthing Breathwork, helping us enter our subconscious theta brainstate to open up to the highest dimension of truth and let that fill every cell in our being.
A Sound Immersion will guide us into deep relaxation so the medicine of breath can integrate into deep understanding, align our focus, and guide us on our paths. Crystal singing bowls, Shamanic Drums, Hangdrums, Wind Chimes, Vocals, will guide you into a space of integration and sweet surrender.

What to Bring:
- Mat (there are no mats or blankets at the venue)
- Water bottle
- Journal & Pen
- Anything else you want to be comfortable lying down (eye pillows, blankets, pillows, crystals, etc...). Your temperature can drop during breathwork, so wear layers and bring anything to stay cocooned.

She offers movement, breath, meditation, and sound practices to help you feel nourished, connected, and empowered in your wholeness and belonging. She hosts community events to help you connect and celebrate what it is to be alive and to surf the waves of existence.
