REBIRTH: An Elemental Activation through Cacao, Breathwork, and Sound

The New Moon of Virgo 27 August invites us to ground and release into the support of Mother Earth. Bess and Destiny guide you through a sacred journey inviting you to let the whispers of mama cacao run through your veins and ground you in the wings of compassion. 

Learn to breathe your own medicine and illuminate any blockages in the light of love through a deep Breathwork experience. We will travel deep into the depths of our ancestral wisdom through powerful Rebirthing Breathwork, helping us enter our subconscious theta brainstate to trust our divine knowing under the dark night of the new moon.

A Sound Immersion led by two Sound Healers will guide us into deep relaxation so the medicine of our breath can integrate into deep understanding, align our focus, and guide us on our paths. Crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, Hangdrums, Harp Bowls, wind Chimes, vocals, will guide you into a space of integration and arrival into your knowing.
