We will travel deep into the portal of our highest wisdom through the gentle, yet potent power of Intuitive Rebirthing Breathwork, helping us enter our subconscious theta brainstate to open up to the highest dimension of truth and let that fill every cell in our being.

A Sound Immersion will guide us into deep relaxation so the medicine of breath can integrate into deep understanding, align our focus, and guide us on our paths. Crystal singing bowls, Shamanic Drums, Hangdrums, Wind Chimes, Vocals, will guide you into a space of integration and sweet surrender.

Anything else you want to be comfortable lying down (eye pillows, blankets, pillows, crystals, etc...). Your temperature can drop during breathwork, so wear layers and bring anything to stay cocooned.
