REBIRTH: An Elemental Activation through Tea, Breathwork, and Sound

The New Moon in Leo invites us to expand into our loving, playful essence. You'll be guided through a sacred journey inviting you to let the nurture of grounding tea run through your veins and ground you in the wings of compassion. 

Learn to breathe your own medicine and illuminate any blockages in the light of love through a deep Breathwork experience. We will travel deep into the portal of our ancestral wisdom through powerful Rebirthing Breathwork, helping us enter our subconscious theta brainstate to open up to the highest dimension of love and let that fill every cell in our being.

A Sound Immersion will guide us into deep relaxation so the medicine of breath can integrate into deep understanding, align our focus, and guide us on our paths. Crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, Hangdrums, Harp Bowls, wind Chimes, vocals, will guide you into a space of integration and sweet surrender.

Destiny Wolf is a Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Sound Healer, Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator, and Ceremonialist. She offers movement, breath, meditation, and sound practices to help you feel nourished, connected, and empowered in your wholeness and belonging. She hosts community events to help you connect and celebrate what it is to be alive and to surf the waves of existence.
