REBIRTH New Moon gathering Cacao, Breathwork, & Sound Healing

The New Moon invites us into the fertile darkness where new beginnings are born. Combined with the energy of a Solar Eclipse, this is a rare invitation to release what has been dimming your light and courageously step towards the life your heart has been longing to live.

Join me for an intimate Winter cocoon ceremony of ceremonial cacao, Embodied Breathwork, and immersive sound healing.

We will begin with ceremonial cacao, allowing the heart to soften and intentions to gently rise to the surface. From there, you will be guided through a powerful breathwork journey to quiet the mind, release stored emotion, revitalise the nervous system, and reconnect with the deepest wisdom that already lives within you.

Through conscious connected breathing, we enter the subconscious theta brain state, where old stories soften, clarity emerges, and fresh possibilities begin to take root. As what no longer serves gently falls away, space is created for greater courage, creativity, authenticity, and self expression to naturally rise. This New Moon is an invitation to stop shrinking yourself, trust your inner knowing, and become available for the next chapter that is already unfolding.

The evening will close with an immersive sound journey of crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, hangdrums, chimes, percussion, and vocals, allowing the medicine of the breath to settle deeply into the body. Together, these practices create a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember that transformation rarely begins through striving. More often, it begins in stillness, in presence, and in the quiet decision to honour the person you are becoming.

• Anything else you need to feel comfortable lying down (eye pillows, blankets, pillows, crystals, etc.). Your temperature can drop during breathwork, so wear layers and bring anything to stay cocooned.

Please note: If you are pregnant, this technique may not be suitable in a group setting. This practice is not recommended for people diagnosed with epilepsy or schizophrenia. Please speak to Destiny prior to attending if you have any of the mentioned conditions. Modifications may be pre-arranged or private sessions may be suitable.
