REBIRTH is a colourful, playful and transformative journey inspired by the wisdom of nature, plants and Spirit &

Power Animals.

This is an invitation to step out of the seriousness of everyday life and reconnect with your curiosity, creativity,

freedom and joy.

Because transformation doesn't always have to be heavy.

Sometimes we transform through movement.

Sometimes through laughter.

Sometimes through connection.

And sometimes simply by giving ourselves permission to play again.

RELEASE & RENEWAL JOURNEY

Journey through gentle activation, relaxation and conscious breathing to help release old patterns and tension

held within the body. Soften what has become stuck or rigid, including outdated conditioning and beliefs,

creating space to let go of the old and welcome the new.

SOUND HEALING

Rest deeply and allow the vibrations of sound to support relaxation, integration and renewal.

COME COLOURFUL COME PLAYFUL COME ALIVE !!!

Giada Lovelight is a Women's Health Holistic Practitioner, Breathworker, Empowerment Coach, Tantra & Womb

Spirit Keeper, Hypnotherapist, Energy Worker, Sound Healer, Love Channeler, NLP Positive Psychology

Practitioner and Kinesiologist.

Giada created the Shine Your Light Temple, her sacred space in Wollongong.

Her work supports people in transforming their lives, releasing limiting beliefs, stepping fully into their power

and shining their light as brightly as they can.

Giada runs workshops, group healings, courses and retreats in Australia and overseas. She loves empowering

people and transforming emotional pain into pleasure.

ANKESH

Ankesh is a wellness facilitator and breathwork guide dedicated to helping people cultivate greater balance, self-

awareness and wellbeing in everyday life.

His journey began through his own experiences of feeling disconnected despite outward success, leading him

on a path of personal growth, healing and self-discovery.

Over the past four years, Ankesh has facilitated breathwork sessions, workshops and group experiences that

combine nervous system education with practices such as sound, movement, cacao and mindfulness.

Influenced by his corporate background, global travels and studies with teachers across India, Guatemala, Peru

and Mexico, he brings a grounded and practical approach to personal transformation.

Today, he supports individuals in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves and creating more clarity, calm

and presence in their lives.

STAN KYSELOV

Stan Kyselov is the owner of Awake Water and custodian of the beautiful space where we will be hosting this

event.

Stan's vision was to distribute the highest quality, highest vibration, blessed water to the people of Sydney and

beyond.

The outcome is Awake Water — organically energised and vibrationally charged, structured spring water

sourced from a deep underground spring in the Southern Highlands.

Stan blesses everyone with the healing tones of his didgeridoo and giant Tibetan gong. He has passionately

transformed the Awake Water warehouse into the Water Temple, a beautiful space for sound healing and other

wellness events.

The Water Temple provides a space for healing, conscious connection and community.
