For our Birthing Ceremony!

Important things for the day,

Travel : The weather is changeable at this time so rain might be possible.
Be prepared with your travel. If there is rain, best to leave earlier and arrive earlier.
Our studio is cozy & aircon if needed in sticky heat. We have bolsters & blankets and small pillows.

Parking!! Only a few spaces in studio carpark. Drive in drop off at door and head behind studio or along street AWAY from market area ( fines).

Food places & coffee across road. Plus a bakery in street with sandwiches etc. Best not to market before as it’s only going to rattle you . Bring coffee with you if wish.

Get food beforehand is best.

I recommend bring a lunch box. Teas & water in studio.
We will be in a cozy studio

The exact address is 101 memorial drive Eumundi in Secrets from The Honey Tree studio. ( entrance in car park)

wear loose comfy clothing. No tight yoga pants or jeans etc
stretchy singlet and loose skirt or maxi dress is good ( clothes you can breathe & stretch in )

No perfumes please

Old towel for feet as we do ochre on feet

Old because the Ochre Staines!

Any crystals or item you feel to put in centre or with you.
usually we have a stash of chocolate as blood sugar Might drop :)

The Fire energy can get hot so if you need to bring a little washer or wipes ( literally got with the energy)

If you are bleeding let me know.
If you like to make notes bring a small pad, although you won’t really need it.

We have a thai restaurant over the road so you can lunch or free and also for after if it calls. I will bring fruit and chocolate to share. Bring your water bottle.

Energy shifts: The night before can be nervy, as the group prepares to be together. Don’t worry too much as it all clears in the end.
Remember, you will only go as deep as you need to.
