A Sound Immersion will guide us into deep relaxation so the medicine of breath can integrate into deep understanding, align our focus, and guide us on our paths. Crystal singing bowls, Shamanic Drums, Hangdrums, Wind Chimes, Vocals, will guide you into a space of integration and sweet surrender.

Anything else you want to be comfortable lying down (eye pillows, blankets, pillows, crystals, etc...). Your temperature can drop during breathwork, so wear layers and bring anything to stay cocooned.
