Join me for an intimate evening of ceremonial cacao, Embodied Breathwork, and immersive sound healing.

We will begin with cacao and intention setting before journeying into Embodied Breathwork to quiet the mind, release stored emotion, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. We will close with an immersive sound journey, allowing your intentions to settle deeply into the body.

Anything else you need to feel comfortable lying down (eye pillows, blankets, pillows, crystals, etc.). Your temperature can drop during breathwork, so wear layers and bring anything to stay cocooned.
