Rebirthing Breathwork and Intuitive Sound Journey

Breathwork is the bridge between our conscious and subconscious mind.
In this exercise we will bring our body to a deep relaxation and give space to listen and feel whatever Is store in there and ready to be released.
This can be stress from daily life, unexpressed emotions, blocked energy, or deeper events accumulated through a range of experiences in our lives.
Breathwork is known to help with:

- Improving sleep cycles
- Eliminates toxins from the body
- Increasing Energy levels
- Increase self- awareness
- Gain mental clarity

What to bring:
- Yoga mat and a blanket
- Open mind, this is an exercise to let go of control
- No expectations
- Breathing with a full stomach or heavy digestion is not very pleasant so having a light lunch or fasting can be helpful.
