"Gently guiding you back home to your heart” - Em

Rebirthing Breathwork Group Event

Step into a sacred and nurturing space designed to support your journey of transformation and healing. This Rebirthing Breathwork group session, provides the perfect setting to feel safe, held, and deeply connected as you explore the incredible power of your breath.

Rebirthing Breathwork is ideal for those seeking significant change in their lives. This gentle yet transformative practice combines the natural rhythm of connected breathing with the profound vibrations of sound healing. Together, these modalities create a deeply meditative state, allowing the conscious mind to relax and unlocking access to the deeper layers of your subconscious where true healing begins.

Through this process, you will:
✨ Clear away energy blocks, old traumas, emotional patterns, pain, and limiting beliefs
✨ Regulate the nervous system and create a sense of safety within the body
✨ Release stagnant energy and shift outdated patterns held in the physical body
✨ Access deeper beta and theta states for relaxation and insight
✨ Connect with your inner essence, gaining clarity on your purpose and goals

The gentle, natural flow of Rebirthing Breathwork encourages you to embrace and trust your breath as a guiding force, helping you reconnect with your true self. This practice fosters profound self-awareness, emotional release, and the restoration of balance and harmony in your body, mind, soul, and heart.

As your facilitator, I will guide you into the breathing rhythm, supporting you every step of the way as you ease into a deep meditative state. To enhance your journey, I will also incorporate the healing power of sound, using a variety of instruments to amplify relaxation and release.

This is your opportunity to step into a space of deep healing, self-discovery, and transformation. Whether you’re looking to release old patterns, find clarity, or simply reconnect with your inner light, this session is designed to support you in a gentle and loving way.

Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, more connected, and empowered to embrace your life with a renewed sense of peace and purpose.
