Combining the immense power of Rebirthing Breathwork and Sound Healing this process clears a huge amount of blocks, clearing stress, old traumas and emotional patterns, physical tension, pain, limiting beliefs and more.

In this ReBirthing Breathwork Journey, you are invited to join me in our safe beautiful studio in Little Mountain near Caloundra Sunny Coast, where you can explore the power of your breath.
As a bridge into the unseen, our breath is a tool to illuminate and heal ourselves from tension and stress held in our physical body, all the way into the very subtle energy body.

Together, we set our intention for healing and journey through deep relaxation, visualisation meditation and Breathwork utilizing a slow, deep circular, gentle breath.

With the support of gongs, chimes, crystal bowls, voice and other high frequency instruments you are able to, explore and free stagnant energies held within.

We finish this session with a gentle space for integration and sharing if you choose.
