In co-facilitation with International and National Breathwork Trainer and Facilitator Alakh Analda, Rachel Foscarini is offering group sessions in the Clarence Valley as part of the final stages of her practitioner training.

Re-birthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is a body-breath process which uses a soft, conscious connected style of breathing. A self generated process which evokes a deeper sense of empowerment and self-awareness.
