Event description

Tash and I are so looking forward to spending the day with you and sharing Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery at our upcoming breathwork retreat.

Your body & breath truly hold the key to your integration & transformation.

The day will include 2 restorative and gentle, 90 minute (full cycle) breathes. 

You will be supported to create motivating, future focussed, personal intentions.

Each breathe will be followed by an integrative debrief. 

You will be provided with a nourishing lunch, refreshments & snacks.
