Rebirthing Breathwork orignated in the 1970s and has continued on through an ever growing lineage. It is a form of conscious connected breathing with a strong focus on personal intentions and healing of negative thoughts and held emotions. It is a straight forward method with great potential to uncover unconscious thoughts, beliefs and emotions and transmute these through release into new ways of living.

I offer this session to anyone interested in utilising breathwork in order to heal negative thoughts about themself. No prior experience is necessary but an open mind to changing your thoughts and reality is necessary.
