Have you noticed how your computer runs much better after a restart?

We are the same.

Our nervous system needs to regularly power down — but sometimes we're so go, go, go that it doesn't get a chance.

You can't travel to a yoga retreat every month. But you can come to this.

Three hours on a Sunday afternoon, in a candlelit room with everything already set up and waiting for you. Max 12 people — so I can properly spoil you.

Here's what we move through:

Check in with gentle breathwork and a little yogi philosophy
Flow through a playful, accessible vinyasa — perfect for beginners
Nourish with light, healthy treats and herbal tea
Restore with blissful self-massage and restorative yoga
Surrender into dreamy yoga nidra meditation

Every element is designed to power down your stress responses and leave you inspired.

What's included

All mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, and props lovingly set up for you
Light, nourishing refreshments and herbal tea
A little something to take the feeling home 🌿

What to bring

Just yourself. A water bottle, journal, and your favourite cosy socks if you like.
