A gentle, trauma-informed “speed friending” experience designed to help people connect without pressure, fixing, or theology debates.
Making friends outside of church can feel unexpectedly lonely. For many of us, church was our social world— built-in gatherings, potlucks, small groups. When that changes, community doesn’t automatically replace itself.
Expect structured conversations, trauma-aware facilitation, and a cozy atmosphere.

- Do I need to sign up in advance?
Yes, tickets are limited.
- What will the event look like?
We will facilitate organized speed friending rounds in a private space. We will provide prompts to make the process smoother. We also send out matches after the event!
- Will the coffee shop be open?
Yes, but we will have one side of the space blocked off for our event. You will be able to still purchase beverages at the counter though!
