Johanna Heaven, Senior Associate Russell Kennedy Lawyers

Johanna is a lawyer in aged care team who focuses on delivering quality and practical advice to her clients. She assists aged care providers in both Home and Community Care and residential care to comply with their responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 2024 and its Rules including the Aged Care Quality Standards as well as other relevant laws.

Johanna regularly assists aged care providers in responding to the Department of Health, Disability & Aged Care and Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. She assists providers in managing resident/client complaints and guardianship issues, and delivers training to aged care boards, executives, facilities managers and staff. Johanna also assists with debt recovery for her aged care clients as well as drafting aged care agreements.

Notification of cancellation or transfer of registration must be by email to enquiry@acia.asn.au. No refund is available for any cancellations received five working days or less prior to the start date, however a substitute delegate is welcome. Please notify ACIA of any substitution as soon as possible. No refund or transfer will be given for non-attendance.
