Join us for this sacred journey of receiving, where we don't "do more", we remember that our bodies already know how to receive and that we can expand our capacity to let even more of what we want in.

What to expect:

Arrival into ceremonial space where we will receive the medicine of Cacao together. Set your intention and open to what is here for you to receive.

Cacao is an ancient plant allie that supports us to shift from thinking to feeling and allows us to more easefully rewire neural pathways, so that we can create more of what we desire to experience in our lives.

Somatic Dance, this will be a facilitated movement journey, where you will be guided to connect more deeply with the layer of your body that we're working with (skin). While there will be guidance to support your journey, there are no steps to follow and no right way to move. This is an opportunity to connect with yourself and listen to your body through movement.

As we move in new ways, we rewire outdated patterns and embody new ways of being that create powerful shifts in how we experience life.
