Receive - the event which will revolutionise your understanding of & ability to receive!

PLEASE NOTE: This is a half-day event where babes in arms are welcome, I am hosting a full-day mum's only event on the 10th of November.

Learning to receive is one of the major portals offered to women as they embark on their journey of becoming a mother. The mother who steps through this portal experiences more ease & grace in their experience as a mother & partner, they tap into the generous nature of the world around them, they become an integral part of the community, they hold less resentment to those around them and become more generous because of the support, gifts and time available to them.

Receiving can be hard for women! we're socialised to be independent and can interpret asking for support as weakness in ourselves and somewhere deep inside we can feel undeserving of the support, attention & love. The repeated cultural narratives around the martyr mother and the early programming of our self-worth and mother experience limit our experience as mothers, to only the giving component.

To re-village our world & change the narrative for our children we need to become a part of it, with one hand to give and the other to receive, only when we do both do we become part of the circulatory system of the community, energy coming in and out.

Join me for this wonderful experience where we'll explore our beliefs around receiving & asking for support, we’ll use embodiment techniques to become more aware of needs, you'll be given audios for deep mind medicine & somatic to create & integrate new empowering beliefs to support us in receiving deeply from the world.
