Join us for an evening of creativity and self-care at our Recharge & Connect: Create Self-Care event! This event is specially curated for LGBTQIA+ unpaid carers and unpaid carers of LGBTQIA+ individuals in the North-East Victoria community.
During the event, you'll have the opportunity to craft your very own personal self-care box. We'll provide all the materials you need, including a variety of self-care and sensory items, to create a sanctuary tailored to your unique needs.
Connect with fellow attendees in a safe and supportive environment as you explore different ways to prioritise your well-being. Share stories, tips, and experiences with like-minded individuals who understand the challenges and joys of caregiving within the LGBTQIA+ community.
