RECLAIM is for women ready to pivot, embrace change, or reconnect with their soul and purpose in midlife. If you’re seeking clarity, a fresh perspective, or the courage to step into what’s next… this is your moment to realign and rise!

This series has been soulfully and intentionally created for women in midlife, ages 35 to 65+ — yes, that really is the new range. Career burnout is happening in our 30s, and we’re living well into our 90s. Whether you're facing career shifts, divorce, motherhood transitions, an empty nest, or just feeling like a part of yourself has been lost along the way, this experience offers you the space to pause, reset, and rediscover your true self.

As we reach the midpoint of 2025 — a symbolic threshold — this four-week journey is harmonized with the potent energy of the moon. We begin on the New Moon, planting powerful intentions and stepping into this transformative season with clarity and courage. Each week, as the moon waxes, we build insight and momentum, ending just after the Full Moon, a time of illumination, celebration, and sacred release. Our final session will include a beautiful closing ceremony to honor all that has been revealed and reclaimed.

Each week features deep-dive conversations, journaling prompts, worksheets, and soul-nourishing sisterhood. You’ll emerge with your own Midlife Blueprint: a soul-aligned, intentional roadmap for your next chapter.

To support continued connection and integration, we’ll also have a private WhatsApp group open from the start of the series. This space will offer ongoing community support, sharing, and sisterhood as you process and embody the work.

This is an invitation to your powerful initiation. We will offer drop-ins for the first session only, as we are creating an intimate, safe and sacred container.

Week 1

Shedding & New Beliefs: We will discuss age and identify and release our conditioned and limiting beliefs that are holding us back from more powerfully owning and embodying this time. Understanding how much of our adulthood we still have and operating from a growth mindset.

Week 2

Your Midlife Edit: We will look at doing a midlife edit – a midlife pruning. Taking inventory to see what is no longer aligned or serving us in our midlife chapter. With intentionality letting go and curating your life with only what is deeply aligned in this phase of your life.

Week 3

Self & Body Love: It's time to stop measuring your worth by outdated standards and start embracing the beauty of the skin and body you are in and the profound life story that is written here. Crushing the old, negative narratives that have kept us small and unlocking the fierce, unapologetic version of ourselves. Letting go of unaligned expectations and stepping into your authentic power and the freedom this brings.

Week 4

Create & Celebrate: Guiding and inviting you to consciously design your Midlife blueprint. You’ll gain clarity on your true desires and values, creating a roadmap for the next phase of your life — one that’s purposeful and intentional and soul-aligned. We will close this session out with a beautiful ceremony and celebration.
