Reclaim is a one-day wellness retreat for women wanting to gain Vitality, Connection and Balance.

RECLAIM will be run by Christiana Velis, she is an accredited nutritionist focusing on gut and hormones, particularly women's health. She is passionate about helping women understand their hormonal shifts and providing them with strategies and tactics to manage their hormonal fluctuations through diet, exercise, lifestyle and stress management.

RECLAIM welcomes women navigating the tides of hormonal changes and imbalances. Held in Bondi Beach, this exclusive and intimate day retreat has been created to help you regain your vitality, deepen your connection with your body, and achieve true holistic balance. At RECLAIM, we understand the unique challenges women face, and we're here to support you on your journey to renewed health and well-being.

Event Schedule & Arrival

• Arrival time: 9:00am

• Yoga session begins: 9:30am

Please arrive on time to get settled before the yoga practice.

Free Outfit for the Event

We are gifting all participants an outfit to wear during the yoga session! Please send your preferred size to info@christianavelis.com.au to ensure we have it ready for you on the day.

Parking and Public Transportation

Bondi Pavilion is easily accessed by bus. To get information about public transport, please visit the New South Wales transport website here.

There is metered parking on the beach via Campbell Parade as well as at the main entrance to the Pavilion. This includes disability parking bays, and ramps to and from the Bondi Pavilion. For further information about parking, please visit our Plan Your visit page on our website.

On busy days, the car parks can reach capacity early and we strongly advise that you factor in travel time into your schedule and consider taking public transport where possible.
