Please join us as we come back for another Refresh & Restore Sound Bath on Thursday, December 10th from 6:30-7:45pm. Sound baths use many instruments including crystal singing bowls, gongs, rainsticks, wave drums, chimes, etc. Possible benefits of sound healing include stress reduction, relaxation, improved sleep, decreased pain, and enhanced intuition and creativity.

This sound bath will be during the holiday season and is such a beautiful way to nourish your nervous system. Around the holidays there are so many feelings. We may experience excitement, joy, and gratitude, but also stress, grief, or loneliness.

This is a gentle practice to give back to you. A time to allow yourself to be away from the hustle and grind. An opportunity to fill your cup and give love back to your mind, body, and spirit.

All you need to do is to be open to receive. Reclaim your inner calm. Connect with your own energy. Give the same love to yourself that you so freely give to others around the holiday season.

What to expect:

You will be guided into a meditation to settle in. From there you will experience a 60 minute immersive sound journey. Allow the sounds to move through you, ground you, and find deep rest and presence amongst the busy holiday season. Afterwards, you are free to browse the book store or stay for an oracle card guided message.

We hope to see you soon and be in community together 🤗
