Join us for an empowering and interactive evening with Life Coach Rajika Mahan, where we'll explore the deeper reasons behind people-pleasing and begin to let go of the need for external validation.

Through one hour of interactive group coaching with Rajika, you'll have the opportunity to reflect, connect, and gain a deeper understanding of your own patterns around people-pleasing, boundaries, and seeking approval from others.

We'll begin the evening with a short, gentle yoga practice with Paloma to help you slow down, connect with your body, and arrive fully in the present moment.

We'll then move into our interactive coaching session with Rajika, creating space for self-reflection, conversation, and meaningful insights.

We'll close the evening with 10 minutes of soothing sounds, giving you a chance to pause, breathe, and simply receive.
