Reclaim Your Roots is a immersive half-day experience carefully curated for South Asian, mixed-race, and culturally diverse women to reconnect with their heritage and reclaim the parts of themselves they were once told to hide.

Together, we’ll create space to heal, celebrate and rediscover our roots through journaling, storytelling, movement, self care rituals and joyful cultural expression.
