​Reclaim Your Roots is a immersive half-day experience carefully curated for South Asian, mixed-race, and culturally diverse women to reconnect with their heritage and reclaim the parts of themselves they were once told to hide.

​Together, we’ll create space to heal, celebrate and rediscover our roots through journaling, storytelling, movement, self care rituals and joyful cultural expression.
