With so much having gone down for all of us, we can definitely attest to experiencing months of disorientation

‘What is going on in the world?’
‘What does this mean for our future?’
‘What will happen to my job?’
‘What about my family?’

With social structures collapsing and industries important to us, closing down - we too felt the pinches and impact this had on ourselves, our families and our community

During this time, we were faced with many tough decisions. Over and over again...

We discovered that we, like everyone else, were not immune to the global restrictions and lock downs. Covid, protests, elections…

It felt, and still feels like we’re stuck on a spin cycle in the longest machine wash ever

Through this though, simultaneously we were guided to seek tools that would assist us in staying calm during the shit storms

Tools that we didn’t need to leave the house for
Tools that no one could take away from us

And individually, we were guided to delving into the world of breath work

Little by little, in our own journeys, as a form of centering and to slightly escape the global panic, we discovered that we had the ability to close our eyes and surrender into a multi-sensory meditation experience on a daily basis

Our brains felt activated with increased focus, we noticed our circulation improving, therefore improving our natural healing abilities, rapid workout recovery, our energy levels shot through the roof and we RECLAIMED our own sense of direction

We started to understand breathwork as meditation evolved!....Ancient breathing techniques combined with modern technology made this revolutionary experience highly enjoyable while also increasing our energy, offering a calm mind, while improving our health and wellbeing in minutes.

We became addicted (not a bad addiction to have!)

It is like a drug without the drugs and better yet - its free!

We recently united in our familiar love for the practice and devoted to learning how to facilitate the modality because we appreciate so much the transformations that have occurred for us in such a short time with no equipment needed

So here we are, devoted to sharing this with others!

We stand together in reverence for the breathwork modalities we are certified to facilitate through SOMA

On the 19th December we are humbled to deliver a breathwork experience for beginners

In this 2 hour experience we will be safely guiding you through practises that we trust and love

We wish for you to go home equipped with tools that can support you in shit storms in your life (especially through the silly season)

And we envision to set you up with your own ability to RECLAIM areas of your mental physical and emotional life important to you with this form of evolved meditation

We are truly grateful to unite as brothers to hold this space for our community
