It has been a whole year of us sharing this medicine of breathwork.

Through out the year we have held the space for our community with love. And learnt so much about humanity, during this journey we have received so much love and our passion to share the Breath and creating safe space for our community is grown massively.

we are humbled and grateful for the support that we received.

We fully believe that one of the best tool that has always empowered us is BREATHWORK.

Breathwork has done so much magic for us .we feel activated with increased focus, we noticed our circulation improving, therefore improving our natural healing abilities, rapid workout recovery, our energy levels shot through the roof and we RECLAIMED our own sense of direction

We Musa and Jim are united in our familiar love for the practice and devoted to learning how to facilitate the modality because we appreciate so much the transformations that have occurred for us in such a short time with no equipment needed

So here we are, devoted to sharing this with others!

We stand together in reverence for the breathwork modalities we are certified to facilitate through SOMA

Once again on 18th December we are excited to deliver our last breathwork experience of the year

We also serve Cacao in our sessions to open the heart and connect with the earth.

In this experience we will be safely guiding you through practices that we trust and love

We wish for you to go home equipped with tools that can support you in shit storms in your life.

And we envision to set you up with your own ability to RECLAIM the areas of your mental physical and emotional life those are important to you with this form of evolved meditation
