Are you ready to step into your deepest wisdom, trust your inner knowing, and embody the Crone — the sovereign elder within?

This 5-week archetypal dance and embodiment series invites you into the Crone Archetype where confidence, authenticity, and spiritual insight meet. This series is ONLY for perimenopausal and menopausal women. Through archetypal embodiment, guided discussion, and choreographed dance, you’ll explore the unshakable presence that comes from knowing who you are and standing in your truth.

In a world obsessed with youth, speed, and surface-level sparkle, the Crone invites us to slow down, listen deeply, and speak with the voice of lived experience. She is unapologetic, discerning, and magnetic in her authenticity.

This series weaves together psychological principles, chakra wisdom, and archetypal movement so you can fully embody your own inner authority — not by pushing or proving, but by allowing your truth to radiate.

Guided by wisdom-keeper Laura, the featured Crone in I AM WOMAN with choreography by Dr. Jae West that will be taught by Laura.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each week, we’ll spend 45 minutes on a theme associated with the Crone archetype, interweaving conversation and guided inner work, including meditations and gentle movement to awaken her qualities within you. The remainder of the session will be focused on the Crone-inspired dance choreography — grounded, regal, and powerful in its stillness and precision.

This is less about flashy performance and more about being a transmission. Every movement becomes an expression of sovereignty.

INTENTION

This is a rich, soulful, and empowering exploration of movement, sisterhood, and the Feminine Archetypes. You’ll walk away with a felt sense of your inner Crone — rooted in your truth, free from the need for approval, and fully alive in your sovereign presence.

The space will be trauma-aware, non-judgmental, and deeply honoring of each woman’s pace and process.

WHO IS LAURA?

Wild at heart, yet steeped in discipline, yoga and dance are my life passions. My purpose is to share a pathway with all souls seeking deeper enquiry for life. We are so much more than the physical form, my purpose is to share knowledge, empower women, promote embodiment, somatic expressions, develop intuitive connection, and foster the embrace of our hearts fully. Life is such an exquisite journey. My dance life began at 3 years old and has morphed with time and an aging body into a deeply embodied practice. Culmination of my dance life journey has been proudly performing as Crone in ‘I Am Woman’ at Fringe Festival 2025, a magical explosion of all Feminine Archetypes. My desire is to plant a seed in each soul I encounter so they may grow, flourish, and become their best self.
