Are you wondering how to navigate the world of screens with your child aged 5–13? Maybe your child is begging for a smartphone, struggling to switch off, or already dealing with online issues that feel way too grown-up. You’re not alone—and there is a better way.

In this informative and research-backed evening, educator and low-screen childhood advocate Celia Hogan will unpack how screens, smartphones, and social media are reshaping childhood—and what we can do to better support our tamariki. Drawing on the latest research in child development and digital wellbeing, Celia will explore what children are really designed for—movement, curiosity, play, connection—and how the digital world is replacing those vital experiences.

This is a must-attend evening for parents who want to raise confident, connected, and resilient children in a world full of digital noise.
