Inspired by Devahnah Ellandria's Inner Child Heart Magic, this is a gentle, heart-led class — not a lecture, but an experience. There's no rushing here. This is about creating a safe, held space where the part of you that has always been radiant, curious, and whole can finally be met with love.
Here's how the session will unfold:
Arriving & settling — We'll begin with gentle grounding and breath, softening into a safe space where it's okay to feel whatever arises.
A guided journey inward — Using heart-centred visualization, you'll be invited to meet your inner child — not to fix or analyse them, but simply to see them, the way they've always longed to be seen.
Reclaiming the gifts — Through simple, symbolic practices, you'll gently reclaim the qualities your inner child still holds for you: wonder, trust, playfulness, and the shine that was never actually lost — just waiting.
Integration — Quiet time (and optional sharing, never required) to let the experience settle in the body and heart.
Closing — We seal the space with gratitude, so you can carry your inner child's light back into everyday life.
You don't need any prior experience with inner child work — just a willingness to show up, exactly as you are.
