Who are we when we see beyond conditioned identities and patterns?
It can be hard to find places where we can embrace such questions. 

And yet, questions of purpose and human meaning are urgent in our times of uncertainty and disconnection.

WHAT
Finding our way towards answers must begin in communion with others who hold these same questions.
The Centre for a Compassionate Society is inviting you to join us for an evening of reconnection. 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• A small, warm, and inviting gathering.
• Meditation and introspective practices.
• Space for sharing and conversation around meaningful topics with others.
• Ritual for cultivating meaningful being-in-the-world.

No matter what age, ethnicity, income-level, orientation, or gender. We hope to create a space where we can all meet in our diversity and find connection through our shared humanity.

YOUR FACILITATORS

Dr. Petrina Barson

Petrina is the director of the Centre for a Compassionate Society. She is a teacher of Compassion Cultivation Training, a mother, a doctor, a poet and an activist on issues of climate change and refugee rights. The thread that runs through all these domains is her passion for compassion, and her deep conviction that we have more in common than divides us.

Isobel Potter

Izzie is passionate about creating community, and has an ability to connect with people heart to heart. She enjoys creating spaces for people to discover their authentic selves.
