Welcome to 'Recline&Restore' - a 90min Yin Yoga / Yoga Nidra class, where we will explore various Yin poses and throughout, I'll make my way around the room with the offer of gentle face/head/neck massages for attendees, using essential oils throughout, plus some tea at the end.

This idea was born out of a big love for my regular Monday 7:15pm IndiUnwind class, where I would always offer a quick, gentle head massage throughout savasana. Over the last few weeks/months, my class has become quite large in numbers though, which is wonderful, but has meant I've been needing to recline the members for sometimes half of the class, sacrificing some of our seated/forward-folded postures, which I can understand a lot of people attend for.

This event is a special opportunity for me to pour as much restoration and nurturing as I can into a 90min session where the focus is pure, deep rest. It also is an exciting outlet for me to expand my offerings as a Yoga teacher, but also a facial masseuse and face-yoga-enthusiast!

This event will be for those who have no complaints around experiencing a very still, meditative 90 mins; who are okay with being touched (and if not, this is completely fine); who are needing some dedicated time for themselves and some real nervous-system-care!
