The past 25 years have seen moments of progress and challenges. This milestone offers an opportunity to reflect on our shared history, recognise how far we’ve come, and renew our commitment to the path ahead.

This journey has not been travelled alone. Each year, we find ourselves joined by new and more dedicated partners on the path toward reconciling our nation. The dictionary defines reconciliation as "the action of making one view or belief compatible with another." In this spirit, we strive to bring together diverse perspectives and work toward a shared understanding.

As we look ahead, we aren’t seeking allies—those who support from the sidelines—but partners: individuals and organisations committed to shared action. Reconciliation is a responsibility we all share, and only by working together can we create a future built on equity, respect, and justice.
