Event description

Reconciliation SA is pleased to present the 4th annual Reconciliation SA Fundraiser Gala at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Theatre on Kaurna Yerta. This year’s theme, “Together Towards Tomorrow”, is a call to our allies to step forward in unity to drive change and improve outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, while fostering respectful relationships between the wider Australian community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Our 2025 theme builds on our organisations collective work and represents the essence of reconciliation - bringing people together, showcasing the values of unity, respect, and truth-telling, and leading the way in supporting meaningful change for a better South Australia.

The event is proudly supported by our Principal Sponsor ASC Pty Ltd.

The Event Program
This very special event will treat guests to a bespoke 3-course meal designed by celebrity Torres Strait Islander chef Nornie Bero of Mabu Mabu in a collaborative effort with AEC Head Chef Brian Smith. We are thrilled to have Nornie Bero joining us on the evening to give a keynote and provide story telling around the exquisite selection of flavours that our guests will enjoy on the night.

We are also pleased to offer wine provided by our beverage sponsor Bird In Hand, plus other beverage choices on the evening, all included in the ticket price.

Hosted by Comedian Steph Tisdell, with live musical performances by locals Scott Rathman Jnr, CeeCee and DJ SVVLO, this is a premier event on the South Australian social calendar.

The Fundraising
This event allows guests the opportunity to support our organisation's work in promoting and advocating for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples rights across SA by bidding during the event's silent auction which boasts an exciting array of items including original art pieces, holidays, seasonal event tickets and so much more. Stay tuned for more details on when and how to bid via our online bidding platform, GalaBid.

Our Fundraiser Gala is integral to raising funds for our organisation to deliver important reconciliation initiatives and projects across the state, and the ongoing work that our organisation does.
