We welcome to journey with you as we bring two of our favourite and incredibly powerful tools - sacred cacao and transformational breath. We will also be weaving other tools and medicines through your journey as we guide you deep into your heart.

The intention for this journey is to create a clear channel between your heart and soul, creating clear lines of communication for you to receive wisdom from your higher self. We intend to open a portal for you to access infinite intelligence, to remind you that all the answers you seek are within your own heart and to arm you with the tools to allow fleeting doubts and untrue programming to roll off your back unfazed by your consciousness.

Cacao

With simply one ceremonial dose of Keith’s cacao, you can have a remarkable experience, filled up with benefits/gifts of accessing the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual inner realms. Criollo is the rarest and most exotic cacao bean and is hand-selected by Keith based on the highest energetic properties available, the bean is then hand-peeled and sorted for further quality prior to the milling process. Contraindications of Cacao -
A full ceremonial dose (42,5 grams of cacao) is NOT recommended for people:
⮚ naturally highly sensitive to any stimulant substances
⮚ taking high doses of prescribed medication for depression & anxiety
⮚ experiencing cardiovascular issues & medication (high blood pressure)
⮚ pregnant woman
For all the cases above, a lower dose or even not drinking is recommended

Transformational Breathing is an ancient breath technique for modern times. Welcome to Himalayan Tantric Breathwork and Transformational Pranayama.

HOW IT WORKS
You’ll be guided through a 60 minute Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) journey where you’ll get the opportunity to override psychic defences, clear emotional or mental blocks and connect to your inherent power.
During the CCB session, you’ll learn the FULL FREE FLOW method of breath that doesn't have any pauses between the inhale and exhale. This cyclic breath helps you to bypass your analytical mind and helps you to drop deeper into your body, into a felt sense. This helps you to tap into your unconscious mind and the opportunity to clear out the suppressed memories, emotions and mental patterns.
HOW IT BENEFITS YOU
The breathwork helps you to unlock your body's innate wisdom and its healing potential, and can help you to connect to your vision, passions and purpose.
It also acts as a detoxification and a clearing out as the lymph system gets to work which is deeply therapeutic for your body to recalibrate your nervous system.
Breathwork has also been shown to increase natural levels of the neurotransmitter N,N-DMT in the brain, which can lead to altered state experiences.
During breathwork sessions, many people have profound insights into their lives and can see solutions to their problems as they become their own inner healer.

Movement

We will then guide you into some deep connection exercises. Movement is life. It helps you to fully inhabit your body, to experience the present moment, and to feel the deep connection you have with the universe. It is when we are in an active phase, moving, creating, flowing, and expanding that we feel most alive. This type of movement allows us to experience through our bodies, rather than through our minds. Our bodies can hold memories and emotions without us even realising, moving in this way provides us with a safe container to release stagnancy within the body that is no longer serving our highest good.

Sophie embodies a deep passion for holding a safe and anchored space to allow those attending her events to fully immerse themselves in the experience. Sophie is deeply passionate about sharing the true wonder and magic of Ceremonial Grade Cacao after attending a Cacao Ceremony seeking a deeper connection and walking away with a life-changing vision. From that moment Sophie's journey with Keith's Cacao has been deep and profound and continues to activate her in the most divine way.

Sophie supports her community as a Keith's Cacao Practitioner, Advanced DNA ThetaHealer, Access Bars practitioner, Sacred women's empowerment, life and business coach; helping to clear the illusions of the subconscious, revealing inner truth and allowing for a prosperous and free life.

ABOUT RACHEL:

Rachel is a registered nurse and educator by trade and has been a nurse for over 20 years. Over the past 3 years, she has been on a deep spiritual journey of her own and has experienced different healing modalities. When she got introduced to breathwork that’s when her life started to change. Through breathwork Rachel has been able to re connect with her self, let go of limiting beliefs, release past trauma, gain deep insight to her true self, develop self-love and acceptance, align with her true purpose, manifest amazing experiences and bring her visions to reality.

Rachel now is a Breath Coach and Facilitator, Reiki and Theta healer, Meditation Teacher, Empowerment Coach, and her passion is to now share what she had learned through her journey to help others live their best lives. Rachel works intuitively and is always focused on her client's needs.

WHAT TO BRING
