Cobie is a Holistic Counsellor & Wellness Coach at Wellness with Cobie. Her mission is to empower people to believe in themselves and live a life you truly desire. She is a life long devotee to her own personal evolution and if she is not knee deep in her own journey of self care, growth and healing or supporting clients in her business, you’ll most likely find her at the beach, in a yoga class or out amongst nature.

Kate is a passionate Holistic therapist at Brush of Balance, her modalities include breath work, meditation & art therapy. Working with clients to move through trauma, build up their mental fitness and become the best versions of themselves.
She works from a beautiful warm inviting space at Surf coast health and wellbeing clinic in Torquay.
Kate loves the Ocean and will often be out surfing or camping and immersing herself in nature.
