The Spinal Flow sessions will be one on one after the workshop set at a time and date preferable to you.

After the Retreat: Ongoing Support

Each mum will have the option to continue with Spinal Flow sessions, where you’ll keep releasing stored stress and tension from your body, creating more space for calm, clarity, and joy in motherhood.
