Tim uses the innovative GreenX7 Wellness Wheel to measure our personal battery level and very quickly see, where we need to focus to get our energy level back.

This very simple framework, backed by science, provides a comprehensive overview of your current state. This snapshot empowers us to take specific action that leads to optimal wellbeing, performance and success!
