This retreat is a guided journey of slowing down & receiving. Each activity and practice has been selected to gently calm the mind and start guiding you inward safely.

This luscious private property sets the tone for a beautiful nature immersion, combining the comfort of a beautiful home with a private creek space, beautiful old trees and lots of space to explore.

Our location gives you the opportunity to disconnect from technology and busyness of normal life and find space to rest, replenish and reconnect to the present moment, reconnect with your intuition, reconnect to nature and the simplicity of the here and now; while also connecting with other beautiful likeminded women.

The food is really a part of the medicine & nourishment of this weekend. We have the beautiful Georgia from Soul Foods cooking for us all weekend. She is so passionate, knowledgeable and just such a calm loving presence in the kitchen over the weekend. The food is like a big warm loving hug.

Facilities:

Shambahla has lots of cozy spots, beautiful verandas and comfy chairs, throws and an outside deck for yoga. There is a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. There is an inside fireplace, large dining area, kitchen and an outside eating area. There is heaps of space around the property all the way down to the creek.
There is limited to no mobile service at Shambahla, there is a home phone number in case of emergencies that you can share with family.

Location:

Shambahla is a very beautiful, popular local property and Cameron's pocket is a very special healing place. This property is very popular for weddings, especially under the giant fig tree, surrounded by nature.

Cait will lead you through a divine weekend of connection, healing, movement, breath and meditation. With space to simply relax and enjoy the surroundings.

We are very close to deeper creek spots for swimming and some lovely walking paths.
