My name is Sarah and I'm a women’s empowerment facilitator and mum of two based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. With over 25 years of experience in nurturing and guiding others, I have dedicated my work to empowering women to come home to themselves through body appreciation, emotional healing, and deep self connection.

My passion lies in creating sacred, supportive spaces where women can drop the expectations, release old stories, and remember their inherent worth. In my women’s circles and workshops and programs, I gently guide women to reconnect with their bodies, not from a place of fixing or changing, but from love, gratitude, and acceptance. Leaving with a deep sense of you are ENOUGH.

Through meditation, journalling practices, honest conversations and real connection, I help women move from self judgment to self celebration. My work is soulful and grounded, empowering women to feel safe in their skin, honouring their needs, and to live from a place of inner trust and guidance.

My values are rooted in deep connection, community to my sisters and being truly authentic. I hold a space with warmth, wisdom, and heart and would love to guide you on a journey back to yourself.
