Tea Ceremony  - A bespoke ceremony tapping into your consciousness and higher self. Focusing on mindfulness, we will be calling in the energies of the four sacred directions of the earth. The medicine of the tea gently activates the third eye opening, this ceremony connects you to part of something bigger and brings about a sense of oneness.

Reiki & Intuitive energy work - Harnessing and channelling the universal chi, Heidi moves one on one throughout the group, to clear stagnant and blocked energy within your individual energy fields, contributing towards returning it to a balanced and harmonious state. This can include vibrational toning, light language and sounds

Guided Meditation – Be transported to a beautiful safe space, discovering your way into your unconscious. Peeling back the layers to tapping into your higher self, creating a direct channel to your intuition. This meditation will leave you feeling more grounded, connected and trusting your inner knowing.

Sound Immersion - Experience a sonic sound bath with Mel, journeying through the frequencies of crystal bowls, Tibetan brass bowls, medicine drums and Koshi chimes as they wash over you, to lull you deep into relaxation and bring you into a state of balance, peace and ease.​​
