Event description

Date: June 8th, 2024

Time: 10:00- 1:30 pm

This workshop invites you to reconnect or deepen your connection with your inner child. Very often we live our life that is based on conditioning and programming that we have taken on as a child due to unsafe environment and trauma that we experienced in life. This, if not healed or balanced will continue to affect our adult life.

The inner child is an aspect of our psychic, our subconscious mind that sometimes we are not aware of or connected with.

This workshop is about providing you with an opportunity to reconnect with your child, healing parts of yourself that need to be healed in that moment and finding joy and wonderment in every aspect of your life. It is important to recognise the parts of ourselves that we need to bring into alignment so that we live life in true love, nourishment, and joy!

We cover topics such as:

Finding your inner child & reconnection

Create a safe space within yourself for the inner child to be heard, seen, and nourished.

Inner Child Healing Journey

Play and wonderment of the inner child.

Self-love and self-awareness

We will journey with the Spirit’s guidance so, other aspects of working with the inner child could also show up in space and be needed for the group.

The group size will be kept to 8 participants.

Tea/coffee/light snacks will be provided.
