When you're dealing with illness or injury, it can be hard to feel like your 'normal' self. This free workshop explores creative options to gently re-charge with yourself in ways that feel right to you while you’re on leave - or preparing to return to work – from work-related illness or injury.

Led by life coach Megan Woods and psychologist Michael Quinn, the workshop provides a safe and encouraging environment to connect with others, share stories, and explore new interests and possibilities for yourself. It's one of a program of four workshops which run on the third Friday of each month. The other three address ways to support your mental & creative energy, emotional & social energy, and physical & sensory energy. Come to one workshop, or all four workshops in the series!
