Join us for a deeply nourishing day of reconnection—to self, to the Earth, and to the wider web of life.

In this immersive one-day workshop, we will weave together the powerful practices of conscious connected breathwork and deep ecology, creating space to slow down, soften, and remember our place in the living world. This is a space for feeling, for being witnessed, and for opening to the deep intelligence of nature—both around us and within us.

Through guided a breathwork journey, we will access the body’s innate wisdom, allowing what’s been held beneath the surface to rise, release, and integrate. From this grounded presence, we’ll enter into the Council of All Beings—a beautiful, ceremonial space inspired by the work of Joanna Macy and John Seed. Here, we give voice to the more-than-human world, stepping beyond our individual identities to speak on behalf of trees, rivers, birds, fungi, and forgotten ancestors of soil and stone.

This is a collective remembering. A space of grief and gratitude. Of laughter and longing. Of deep listening and gentle truth.

Exchange: $150 pp (early bird available)

Please bring a journal, water bottle, a small object from nature that speaks to you, and anything you’d like to be comfortable (blanket, cushion, eye mask).

No prior experience necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
